Delicious. Went to gios last night and I had the best meal ever and a good night.
Staff very polite and friendly the owner manager very polite.
Definitely I will return and recommend to anyone
Excellent. Very handy for the Bridgewater Hall and Manchester central. Friendly efficient service. Great food and good wine list. I'm never disappointed here.

Good - homely - Italian food, great service, but you could feel the stress due to being busy.
I had ravioli: the size was perfect. We ordered a salad which complimented the otherwise heavy meal. And the red wine I had was good as well.
We also had chicken, which was juicy, and calamari, which was great and fresh.
I did not like the water much, but that won’t have me avoiding this place in the future.
Well happy we walked in before opening without reservation and Sal was really happy to seat us serve us drinks and take our order
Food was delicious and service was great will definitely be back when visiting manchester
Service was incredible and food delicious. My little boy accidentally spilled his drink and felt awful and the team couldn’t have done more to put a smile back on his face. That coupled with really tasty food, absolutely worth a visit!
The restaurant was really nice and the staff were great. The food was fantastic.
I booked a table for two for Valentines day for my wife and I to have an evening meal we arrived and was shown to are seats straight away It was busy which is great see restaurants getting back to normal. the staff let you settle in before taking are drinks order the atmosphere was great and with the music playing 70 & 80
with some songs I've not heard in a long time. we order are drinks and are starter .The Valentine's Menu was a set Menu 2 Course was price at £ 24.95 & the 3 Course was £38.95 all the meals was
spaced out allowing you to injoy your meals even though it was very busy . At the end of the evening we asked for the bill . when it comes before paying you are asked if you had a lovely evening and would you like to tip the staff along with your payment. You are under no obligation to do this . But must say on are visit the staff were great and very professional and done a great job of getting the meals out on time . Well done everyone of you and for giving my wife and I a most enjoyable evening. Would recommend this restaurant for special occasions or just for a meal
We arrived at Gio starving, spoken to Salih who is one of the waiters. If we could have a table for two. He was very polite and we had a giggle. We met Randall who was attend to our needs. He could not do enough for us. He was very polite and forthcoming .
We ordered Mixed Olives and bread and we had pasta for the main course. I just say OMG just delicious. Very good value. The food and the service we could not fault it at all.
Thank you for a wonderful service and for a great meal. We two would recommend GIO at any time.
If we come back to Manchester the next year we will be back at GIO for a fantastic meal
Fantastic food.. busy restaurant but didn't impeed service. The manager Sal was very friendly and made sure everything was running smoothly 👍
Great, freshly cooked food. One of our party fancied a dish that was on the menu, but customised. This was not an issue and the food was lovely. Staff very friendly.
Having enjoyed Castlefield Viaduct we were returning to NQ. We had noticed Gio's on the way down and delighted they were open as we returned. I had a chicken dish that was out of this world. The maitre d' and the waiter were professional and welcoming. I would think the food was cooked to order.
It was a hot lunchtime and hence 4 stars for atmosphere. Also think we were late for lunch punters
We received a lovely friendly welcome from all the staff. The food was excellent and good value. Would highly recommend.
