Great place with such welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for us. Stylishly decorated without feeling contrived, lovely relaxed atmosphere. Fish finger sandwich was delicious, and the desserts were unbelievably tasty. Would definitely recommend this place, kids absolutely loved it. Special thanks for the effort they put into making my daughters birthday such a surprise.
My GF had a cone with espresso coffee ice cream, our friend had some funky blue ice cream in a cone & I had a Malteaser milkshake to wash down pancakes served with maple syrup.
The ice cream and cones were magnificent, the milkshake was most triumphant. The maple syrup was top quality as were the pancakes which was the tiniest detractor though it's understandable not have a hot skillet around ice cream to make fresh pancakes but I was happy enough with 3 very large high end store pancakes.
We are in a really comfortable diner style booth and this added to a highly enjoyable frozen dairy experience. Totally gnarly.
Really delicious food, good price points, loved the salmon on toast, the English breakfast came with generous servings of halloumi, sourdough bread and sides, the chicken on waffles was just SO good! We had one pistachio French toast to share between us, it could use a little more sauce as the paste can make it a little dry. The coffees and other drinks (including the mocktails) were lovely!
The service was a little slow, we waited around 20 / 30 minutes for a table outside. But had to keep asking the waitress to clear the table / bring more cutlery, fill the water jug etc, things I would expect to automatically be done without prompt.
Amazing service and food. I came with my cousins and we shared the full english and the pistachio french toast. Both were delicious but the french toast was exceptional! I also recommend the lotus hot chocolate. Will come again!

The Pistachio Croissant are a must try from here🥐. The English breakfast is halal and it was very good and the French toast aswell! Atmosphere was very nice you feel comfortable and the service is very friendly highly recommended place!
Cute atmosphere, French toast and coffee are delicious, I did not like anything else. Would come again but not sure if I would be prepared to wait an hour for a table!
Such a nice place!!! Have only tried breakfast here and I loved it. The full english, was such a large portion of food. The other dishes we got looked great too.
Just had one the best breakfasts, I've ever have.
I had the Buttermilk Chicken & waffle, it was so good.
The wife had the Eggs Florentine, which I tried & its another full marks.
We finished of with Pistachio Fresh Toast & cream, was so delicious.
Full marks for food, taste, presentation & to the lovely staff.
We will definitely be coming back soon.

Came for breakfast with my cousin today. I've been wanting to try it for a while since discovering it on Google. The place is located out of the way, off the main road. There's a carpark located right next to the shop, on Whitechapel Street. The front of the shop is very cute and inside the decor is aesthetically pleasing. The shop downstairs is small but it does have a few tables, there are more tables upstairs with bigger tables. It was fairly busy downstairs when we went. My order was a full english and a cappuccino, I enjoyed my breakfast, but I would have liked to have been offered sugar for my drink. My cousin ordered the biscoff french toast, she liked it but she wasn't too fond of the mascarpone. A scoop of fresh cream or vanilla ice cream would have been perfect instead of the mascarpone. The menu is available through scanning a QR code, our order was taken in a timely fashion, and our food was served very quickly. One annoying thing, the table we sat at was very wobbly, we could have sat on the booth beside us but we were told to sit at a 2 person table even though it was practically empty upstairs.
Caramello has never failed to disappoint. Their french toast is definitely amongst the best I’ve ever had! They also sell fresh Pistachio Croissants but you have to get in early for it. Full English breakfast and their Chicken Waffle are also worth trying. Would definitely recommend this place. Be prepared to wait for a table as it’s always full.

It can get fairly Busy, and you may find a Queue outside the Door but its worth the Wait.
The Service is a little Slow but thats most likely due to the Mass amount of Customers they are Serving.
The Interior of the Restaurant is very Attractive and gives a very Sunday Brunch type of Feeling.
I would Recommend the Chicken Waffle and the Pancakes...Wow!
They are Reasonably priced and their Portion Sizes are Healthy.
