Best place on Wilmslow Road for curry, kebabs and biryani also the fish is great.
It may be small but the food makes up for it.

Best curry house on the curry mile, been going for over 10 years.
Normally get lamb chops, Karahi (chicken or lamb but some would say lamb is better) and fresh roti.
Special occasions call for a nihari on top.
Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

One of the best curries I’ve had for a while. Lamb Karahi was authentic and just tasted amazing. They do decent french fries, which isn’t greasy. Everything looked clean and fresh. Food was served in a timely manner even whilst they were busy. I can’t wait to visit again

A smaller, and busy, restaurant so you might wait a couple of minutes, but it is worth it. I just had an old school lamb on the bone and it was well prepared. The meat just falls off and are so tender! Staff is busy and there is an old screaming guy in the kitchen 😀
Not at cozy place, so more a, inn and out ish.
Need to come back to try more stuff!

I was in Manchester for work and was really craving a Biryani, I had visited Al-Madina and the gentleman who served me was very efficient and polite. He asked me how spicy I would like my chicken biryani and made it according to how I would like it. It tasted delicious and will definitely be returning whenever I visit Manchester.

Don’t come here expecting BIR tikka masala this is AUTHENTIC ASIAN FOOD.
The Karahis are superb, the star of the show for me is the Nihari. You will not find a curry of such depth and complexity of flavour in the rest of Manchester. Al Madina is simply superb.

Can't fault this place. Was very busy, but clean inside. Service is fast, very well priced and good size portions. The chicken balti was a bit sweet for my liking but that's down to personal preference. The chicken tikka starter is very good, as is the chicken pakora. Would certainly go again if in the area.

Almadina is my favorite Indian/Pakistani restaurant in Manchester - by far!
The food here is excellent. I would especially recommend lamb biryani, chicken butter masala, kima, and garlic naan.
This is one of only a handful of restaurants in manchester that I keep coming back, despite locating a bit far from where I stay.
Highly highly recommended.
