Authentic Persian food
Very glad to see PH opened in Reading. Since they have opened, I have been a regular customer.
As an Iranian grew up with the foods in their menu, I highly recommend to try this place. Kebabs is amazing...also ask for Zereshk with your rice!
Great food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
My wife and I wanted to try something different , was really pleasantly surprised. She had tried Persian food before but not like this. The kebabs were tender, the stew was bursting with flavour. Decor was very traditional and service was warm and friendly. Would recommend and already booked another date night to go back!
Persia Grill. The staff were quite helpful and it was nice to try some Persian food. I have been to a lot of Persian restaurants recently and I quite enjoyed it here. I think this restaurant has gone down since the change of owner. But overall an ok experience but I think they should have stuck to the old routine and I might be back to visit again in the next 6 to 12 months.

I love this place. I was introduced to this place by my Persian partner. Everything is lovely. One occasions the bread wasn’t perfect but other than that itales my favourite salad Olivieh and the Mast-o-khiar. Beautifully tasty with added rose water! And then on to the mains the chicken and lamb Barg are my favourite. Plus the fried onions and sumac! Everything I have had is delicious I always go back. I’m fact I’m leaving this review now as I’m heading there later
This is my favorite place to order food. The food is always hot, tasty, flavoursome and cooked to perfection. The portions are very generous too! The owner is super friendly. We will definitely be ordering again. Thankyou so much
Chef's kiss. The grilled meat here is deliciously tender and extremely moist. I once even joked that the meat is weeping because the juices were just pouring out. The sides and starters were just as amazing and since none of the Iranians I went with complained it must be super authentic Persian food. The staff are even lovelier!
We ordered food from here to cater for a party and the food was lovely, kobideh and chicken were perfect, juicy and tender. For the vegetarian option we had ghormeh sabzi and vegetable stew, accompanied with rice and bread. They couldn’t have done enough for us, very friendly and helpful. All our guests complimented the food, and we will definitely go back for some more delicious Persian food.
We had such a lovely meal here. The staff were really friendly and informative, helping us work out the best things to order and what were the most traditional Persian dishes - it really added to our experience, nevermind the delicious food. We'd really recommend.
Recently catered for a party, food was amazing. None of the guests had really eaten Persian food but everyone complimented on how tasty it was. The catering was for 30 people however we had so much food leftover we were giving people bags of food to take home with them and still had enough food to have lunch and dinner for a couple of more days. The Ghormeh Sabzi was delicious lots of dried lime and very flavourful highly recommended & the kobideh and chicken kebabs were just so moist and full of flavour accompanied by freshly cooked flat bread as well. The most delicious food I’ve eaten in a long time.
I'd passed this place a few times without ever trying it. I visited it, and feel like I've found a local hidden gem. The food is very delicious, the ambience of the restaurant is really nice, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. It felt like a really nice, warm, family-run place. Will definitely be visiting again, and recommend this to others. Great job Persia Grill House!

I thought I'd give them a go a few months back and have been in love with the food since. It's now my regular Saturday night take-out treat. Really tasty food that you feel healthy after eating. I couldn't speak more highly of this cracking little gem!
