The Chicken and Ham hoc with Sweetcorn was absolutely beautifull thick tasty and verry filling shame that I couldn't get a crusty roll with butter in EAT that's there only downfall 🤔 and I rate it 5 star

Food is well priced, always fresh and a varied selection to cater for all tastes.
The soups are off the scale, they are rammed with ingredients, it's more like a meal than a soup.
Sandwiches are all nice as are the wraps.
Hot paninis are lovely.
Cake and pastry selection is again varied, fresh and well priced.

I am not usually a chain food person ( spoons my only exception as Tim sources in the UK ). But the chicken broth was good value and just the right amount of chilli on a feezing cold day. The tea was ok in fact no problem here at all.

Pigs in blanket barm...yum. it has a mustard sauce and a sweet bun. Very nice

Eat is a proper establishment, its range of healthy well prepared food is very good, soups and sandwiches and small hot and cold meals, and even porridge, the drinks are very good, particularly the chai and matcha lattes, and the staff are helpful, a good place to relax and chill out!
