Amazing customer service from Ewan.
We had gone around manchester throughout the day receiving nothing but bad service from most stores. Employees would stare at us (as we arent average looking people) and were always rude to us.
We decided to stop at the Krispy Kreme Arndale before ubering home, and Ewan was a breath of fresh air with his positivity and polite conversation. He was perfectly patient with us while we made our decisions, even while serving other customers he was friendly.
And after someone bought the last raspberry doughnut that I had been looking at, he was so nice as to get out the other jams and offered them to us, going out of his way as to be the best service we recieved that day.
Would definitely go again, we love you Ewan and we will be sure to get Krispy kreme coffee next time instead of starbucks ;)
