Dixy Chicken - Fallowfield

I love it here but April 22nd was not it. I understand it was a busy Saturday afternoon but it was such a shame. I have ordered here for years and I know they do good quality. I gave them another chance and it was much better. Please don't drop your standards Fallowfield staff? I love your chicken, pizza, wedges, basically everything. The second three is the food we are looking for, you can do it. You just have to see those on top of the fries to know they are juicy. I will still order like normal but that Saturday afternoon is a 'keep an eye on it' moment. Best wishes for you staff. Hope you keep pumping out the chicken I salute you for!

Every time I order for delivery, or go in the store, the food is always upto very high standards. Portions are huge, prices are really good. But the best part is, the owner always makes you feel like you are family. The best customer service out of all the takeaways I have used. Highly recommend this establishment to everyone!!!

Having read other reviews, I'd like to leave mine as a result of a great experience at this Dixy. Having ordered a delivery, they missed one time. When I called them, they were polite and offered to deliver the missing item. I was happy, as they even included extra wings as an apology and at no point were rude. This was an experience I wished to share as it shows the management is trying their best to improve despite the negative reviews. I'd advice everyone to give Dixy a try. You might be happy with their improvements.
