The Birch On Elm

We (finally) got in to try Birch... Couple times we went post-COVID they were closed or having private events (which wasn't clear on their website). It was very good food! I had the duck and my husband had the octopus. Both were delicious. Mine was so good I didn't want to be done eating it! Staff was busy but attentive and friendly.

In a word, EXCELLENT. Took my wife here for mothers worth it two teens and it didn't disappoint. Daughter and I had the pulled pork special worth biscuits, eggs and home fries. It was extremely delicious. Son had the plain Jane as he likes his food plain and he was satisfied. Wife had the chicken and waffles and said eagles were great and chicken was nice and juicy. The hand made cocktails were delicious. Son loved his fresh lemonade, daughter said the I've coffee was great, wife liked the freshness of the virgin strawberry daiquiri, and I had the orange and cream cocktail which was very smooth and flavorful, perfect match to a brunch. Service was excellent and would definitely go back again.

Visit for the weekend and was told about Birch on Elm. If you are looking for specialty drinks Mackenzie is hands down the best. She made me a special one of the kind drink on top of the house specials. I will defiantly be back and spend more time here. Please come and visit and try what they have or dream up.

What can I say… we absolutely love this place and are so happy to have them in Manchester. Drinks, small plates, bigger plates - we have never been disappointed. Some of our favorites have been the Octopus Nuggets - any of the bao buns - any of the drinks with tequila - any of the drinks with whiskey - any drink with… you get the picture. We once went here for drinks and couldn’t help but also order carrots. Yes carrots. They were just delicious carrots with a delicious sauce and we had to have them. Yeah carrots. So good. Highly recommend. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable - Jeremy is your #1 bartender mixologist magician.

Been wanting to try this place for a bit. Everything we had was amazing, the drinks were especially good. My man Kyle knew what he was talking about with every dish/drink. He gave great advice and insight into almost every dish we ordered. I can't wait to go back because I want to try every Bao they have.
