I got two biscuits and they were both so hard they just shattered . They were the worst biscuits I have ever gotten from anyone . I love kfc but I will not be coming back here again. We could barely eat the chicken … it wasn’t super old but it was pretty hard . Potato’s we’re dry and barely any gravy

So I'm from out of state union ironworker 10 hr days want to sit down and eat a good meal nope drive or pick up lucky for mei found a so much better place to eat Freddies restaurant just down the road where you can sit down have a beer great steak fried oyster or fresh and hot wing omg hot wings!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I ordered 8 chicken tenders at 4:17pm. There was nothing tender about them. I worked for KFC years ago in Chattanooga. We threw the garbage away. If you’re going to continue selling chicken tenders that dry and crispy you need to change the name.

I went thru the drive thru this evening. I ordered two chicken littles and famous bowl for them to be cold when I got them out of the bag. Definitely was disappointed. Lunch time food WAY better

Normally they have a good meal. Picked up to-go orders tonight at 6 p.m. not only did some guy walk up to the window cutting me off in the middle of my order, but they served him. Instead of making him get back in his car and go through the window like everyone else. Get home and open my food and everything appears to have been reheated. I didn't pay for reheated food. French fries so hard that they were inedible.

This place is like any other KFC , it was clean when I visited the facility. The order was a little slow getting out, but not to bad I would eat here again .

They were on top of it. The guy taking the order was super friendly, the wait wasn't long at all & he sweet tea was perfect!
