Qdoba Mexican Grill

Dirtiest Qdoba I have been in. Check out picts. Every table in restaurant had food remains on and below it and the prep area was kindy of nasty... again check picts. The worst part was the guy who made my quesadilla put hardly anything on it. I had to stop him on the way to the press to request extra cheese and to add salsa. Check out the photo of almost half of the quesadilla missing food! The other half had a little more on it but nothing compared to normal. He didn't ask about anything and tried to just add a little cheese and meat and run to the grill. I'm still really hungry, very rare for a Qdoda meal. I'm going somewhere to get more food. The soda machine's screen was locked up. I just opted for tea because I couldn't get the attention of the employee. I probably will never return here. If any of this sounds harsh please check out the attached. On a bright note, there are pretty full sized windows across the front and ample parking.

Rob (gm) and Courtney (employee) were AMAZING. This store is inviting, friendly and great service with even better staff. I highly recommend this location. They both go above and beyond when something is out or there are any questions! I only go here for mini bowls and there fancy drink machine that has my favorite beverage <3

Food is of acceptable quality, staff can have a bit of a "I am over this" attitude, which typically results in them giving larger portions of random ingredients to the point where the burrito may not roll or the burrito is rolled in such a way there's "zones" of ONLY sour cream, cheese, rice, etc instead of these toppings mixed together...

This is my second time eating here. I haven’t ate here in a long time. The food was good for what I got. There was a lot of rice in the burrito I got and little of everything else. I liked the queso I got on the side. When getting forks, I noticed that the forks were all dirty on the backs... so I think they should look into doing a better cleaning job of that. All in all, friendly & helpful staff.
