Really great coffee, and lots of space to sit and chill or have meetings. The food is good too, and they add specials regularly.

They serve great food but it comes with price. They have a great selection of burritos, wraps, jacket potatoes, hot pots, coffees, pastries, cakes!! Amazing taste, but compared to the size, I think it is not cheap.

The good.
1. The coffee is delicious, especially the latte.
2. The food was very tasty - poached eggs with chorizo and tomatoes. Eggs made perfectly with lovely well buttered toast and good amount of chorizo, lovely warm tomatoes.
The bad
The price - £2.50 flat white, £5.00 for the breakfast.
Your paying a premium here but for the occasional treat worth it.

My favourite lunch place in Manchester. Their cherry frangipane is lovely (vegan) and if you have dietary issues they are excellent at catering to your needs.

I had the quiche salad from the new menu. It is delicious and very fresh. The pomegranate seeds and the salad taste great and they are perfectly balanced with the potatoes quiche (soooo yummy wish I had more) and the sauce which is conveniently served in a small plastic pot. The staff is extremely friendly and will go the extra mile to explain the concept behind Friska and all the new options in the menu. I definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Every coffee I've had there has been spot on. However I had a latte there yesterday just before 3pm, and reader, it was the best latte I've had in my life. We all know what it's like when something hits the spot, this latte though, it was so good it hit a spot I didn't even know I had.
