Great selection of vegan dishes! The deep fried gnocchi are really tasty and there are a lot of freshly made pasta dishes available too. We were too full to order a dessert but hopefully next time we can make room!
Heard many good things about Pastan and definitely wasn’t disappointed. Honestly was some of the best food I’ve had in a long time - I was so impressed with the flavours of the food & the variety of options. Absolutely loved the gnocchi, vegan shrimp & umami stroganoff. Love how it’s a fully plant-based restaurant and hope it continues to thrive. The staff were all so friendly & lovely and I will 100% be returning and bringing other friends & family.
Absolutely gorgeous little gem of a restaurant! The food is amazing - plant-based pasta dishes, what's not to love?! - and the service and vibe are great too! And did I mention the cocktails?? Wow! Honestly, if you're vegan and love pasta, you have to go here!! 😃
We came here for our wedding anniversary, and not only was it one of the nicest vegan pasta meal I've eaten, it was one of the nicest pasta meals full stop. Every dish was a delight, and the hosts were some of the nicest people I've met. We'll definitely be coming back here again as soon as we're able.
This was such an incredible find in Manchester. The staff were so friendly and helpful in advising what we would like/what they recommended! The food was delicious and I will definitely be returning soon. Makes vegan eating so much easier when we can find places like Pastan!

Myself and my husband had a meal here yesterday for our wedding anniversary. It was the first time either of us had been and we cannot rate it highly enough. The place is cute and warm, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. There were only 3 members of staff on when we were there but they were all very friendly and attentive. All of the food that we had was very tasty and great portion sizes. We were completely spoilt for choice as lots of things on the menu sounded great! We will definitely be visiting again and will work our way through the menu! Thanks for making our celebratory meal enjoyable!
Wonderful and delicious meals - a meateater wouldn't miss it! My main was based on cherries - just try it!! The olives were so good that they were chosen by one of our party for his dessert!! Friendly and helpful service. We were the last to leave but weren't being rushed out. Will definately go again - or try out one of their other venues.
Went here for lunch, got the shitake ceasar salad, carbonara and Formentara. The ceasar salad was very tasty and the pasta dishes were some of the best we've ever had, especially the Formentera. Atmosphere was lovely and service was great. Would definitely recommend and will be back here when we're in Manchester next.
Pastan was simply amazing! As a vegan and pasta lover, it was the dream... so many options to choose from and really inventive dishes, all super tasty. Service was brilliant, super friendly & made the evening even better! Would highly recommend trying the Caesar Salad starter (did not think it would be my cup of tea but proved me wrong, was so delicious!). The Green Velvet ravioli was fab too and of course lotus donuts to finish off... thanks so much Pastan we will definitely be back!!!!!
