A not-so-hidden gem. Eaten there a few times and the food and service has always been first class (it's a restored former railway station building after all!). Good vibes as soon as you walk in and everyone's incredibly friendly - the place has a real community feel. Menu is packed with comfort food goodies. Certainly vouch for the Station Eggs with Pulled Pork. Perfectly cooked poached eggs on a toasted muffin. The pulled pork was succulent, sweet and tasty, but it was the creamy Hollandaise sauce that 'pulled' it all together. Divine. Don't forget to try out the delicious cakes too.

Lovely cafe with friendly staff and very spacious indoors and outdoors. Good food. We were a table of 6 on a Sunday when the menu is Sunday roast only. We all enjoyed the roasts (there is a choice of meats and veggie). The plate was great - however, the yorkshire pud was overcooked, a bit less time in the oven would have been great. We enjoyed the atmosphere, however we wished there had not been music in the background (or a tad less loud anyway) as it was difficult to hear each other from one end of the table to the other tables are big and spacious - definitely a good thing). Still, we really enjoyed the experience and will be back, especially to try the other menu (s). There is a great outdoor space also - we might try that next time.

I've been here a few times this week for breakfast as I'm staying in the area temporarily. Food has been great every time. I started with the station eggs with pulled pork, had a manc muffin another day and a bacon butty the day after. There is a big window to sit by and you can get lots of light. Finally, they have a nice selection of cakes to choose from. I had a Nutella Cruffin and it was pretty amazing. Will visit again soon.

This was a great hidden gem. Really friendly and caring staff. Beautiful inside to sit or outside to eat and drink. The chips were very fresh and crunchy. I also ordered the shroomy Halloumi burger. I really enjoyed 🤩😀🤩

It’s a must visit! Had the station eggs and pulled pork and it was amazing! My partner had the breakfast which was also lovely! The service was excellent, and a lovely calm and relaxing environment.

Nice building and freindly staff. Good food. The place is quite noisy so the acoustics are bad, need to add more soft furnishings to make it a better place for talking.

Fantastic food and drink, friendly service and a lovely building/outdoor space. Highly recommended, especially if you're walking/cycling along the Fallowfield Loop.

Great set up. Outdoors is a nice sun trap with lots of places to park bikes. There is also a balance bike track for the little ones. Food and coffee is decent as well with a decent range of options.

This has fast become our favourite eatery and we often treat ourselves to a mid week beverage ( ... or something a little stronger!) as well as regularly enjoying a quick bite as a lunch time treat when we are able to pop-out from the office. If you really want to spoil yourself, do take the time to try out one of their fabulous Sunday lunches and I guarantee you will not regret it as the food is absolutely amazing. Enjoy the roast of the week which is beautifully cooked and you can tell that a lot of care has been taken to use really good quality meats. This is served with a lovely selection of freshly prepared vegetables, roasted potatoes and an amazing cauliflower cheese croquette which is a real winner. For me the "piece de resistance" has to be the rich gravy which I understand takes many days of slow cooking to perfect ...... but well worth the effort! If you still have any room left (doubtful !!!) a selection of deserts including a really amazing Sticky Toffee Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream and home made cakes are there for the choosing. This is the best place for a quality Sunday lunch with a real "home cooked" feel that you will find in the area .... and trust me we've tried several! Happy dining 🍽
