Couldn’t find anywhere else to eat, we weren’t expecting much but we’re pleasantly surprised. We each had a flatbread and shared a portion of onion rings. Lovely pizza and the onion rings were amazing - didn’t go gross and stodgy even when they’d cooled down. Wasn’t a massive portion but wasn’t very hungry anyways. The staff were very friendly, will definitely come back if in need of a bite before hopping on the train

I have stayed at this hotel for 26 nights over the past 2 mths, and I found it to be a very pleasant experience. The reception staff are very nice at all times. The restaurant staff are very professional, I would describe the team there as a well oiled machine and perform their operations very smoothly. Makes front of house look so easy you’d wonder how others can get it so wrong. Of course it is helped by the top notch food quality coming out from the kitchen. Bravo to all the team there.

100000000/10!!!😍🤤 Me and my partner shared the full chicken with chips and gravy and we also had a side of Mac and cheese. The chicken was amazingggg! Never tasted chicken so nice. The gravy was stunning and the chips were seasoned and cooked to perfection!!!! We don’t live nearby and we have both said we’re going to miss that chicken and willing to travel over 2 hours to have it again. We also had dessert and cocktails. Both were lovely and the meal was decently priced. All staff were lovely and so friendly and very chatty!! Would recommend it to anyone, especially the chicken!!!!🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

This place offers 20% off food and drink with a Canal Street card. I got the terrifically-filling Half Goosnargh Chicken, served nice and hot, swapping my fries for sweet potato ones. Sadly, my friend was disappointed with the portion size of her meal (some sort of pork belly dish from the Specials) and left hungry. There’s not an incredible amount of choice on the menu- if you happen to be passing by or are staying at the hotel, coming here for one or two meals would be alright for convenience.
