A group of us celebrated my friends birthday last night in the privately dining room of the restaurant. I had a great experience; tasty food - the melt in the middle pud is really yummy! - and the private area we were given was wonderful and perfect for our evening! The service was great, we were looked after really well. I would highly recommend the restaurant. Thanks to everyone who looked after us especially Jess and Alex!

Excellent post marathon meal
Brilliant experience. Wanted somewhere nice but relaxed post-marathon and this was perfect for sunday evening. Really good attentive service and discount as they were out of mustard. Craft beer from local source was really good and rump steak was very good quality and perfectly cooked - it was like a more expensive cut. Truffle and parmesan thick-cut chips also great.
Companions chicken,leek,ham and fish pies were both superb and they were happy to switch sides. I was advised great wine and fizz too.

100000000/10!!!😍🤤 Me and my partner shared the full chicken with chips and gravy and we also had a side of Mac and cheese. The chicken was amazingggg! Never tasted chicken so nice. The gravy was stunning and the chips were seasoned and cooked to perfection!!!! We don’t live nearby and we have both said we’re going to miss that chicken and willing to travel over 2 hours to have it again. We also had dessert and cocktails. Both were lovely and the meal was decently priced. All staff were lovely and so friendly and very chatty!! Would recommend it to anyone, especially the chicken!!!!🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Part of Double Tree Manchester set up. Efficient and friendly service, reasonable food quality, excellent rose wine (Pino Grigio). Also, a very well-organized breakfast buffet the other morning. Well done!
Being a tourist from the South I love seeing northern inspired dishes on the menu. Fancy a delicately prepared Bury black pudding sausage roll? All meat is high quality, locally sourced and prepared well (maybe a little on the overly-cooked side for some).
The stand out ingredient was the melt in the mouth pork.

Great atmosphere. Trendy, relaxing and lay back atmosphere. There is a good selection of beers however there's no Guinness available. Lucky enough to be served by Zosia and Vicky. KUDOS to both
Attached to the Hilton is this beautiful open seating area for guests. It's well lit, with gorgeous furniture, serving delicios food and coffee.
Must try the chicken soup! It was divine!
This place offers 20% off food and drink with a Canal Street card.
I got the terrifically-filling Half Goosnargh Chicken, served nice and hot, swapping my fries for sweet potato ones. Sadly, my friend was disappointed with the portion size of her meal (some sort of pork belly dish from the Specials) and left hungry.
There’s not an incredible amount of choice on the menu- if you happen to be passing by or are staying at the hotel, coming here for one or two meals would be alright for convenience.

Food is great. quite expensive thou. they welcome my guide dog buddy dog and offer water. lovely and friendly staffs. clear food away from table in good manner.
Burgers were delicious! Although it's a restaurant at a hotel, there is nice atmosphere, good music to chill and kind service.
Nice food and a nice sunny dining room. A bit lacking in atmosphere, as it's a big space and the acoustics are a bit echoey.
The salads are really good, and it has a great selection of craft beer.
The staff are lovely, and it's a nice place to sit and work in a great location for the train.
