The Fish Net

I have been here 3 times now, first time I had a fishcake cob, second time a doner cob (which was absolutely massive) and today I've had pie, chips and peas. Never had a problem with any of the food I've ordered and cheaper than some other chippys. Ignore the negative reviews, there's always pleasant staff working here and always nice, hot, tasty food. Some people are just expecting High end London restaurant food on a good old fashioned chip shop budget. Ignore them, this is a good chippy and I'll definitely be back 😋

the food was hot warm and very tasty we had 2 kebabs both freshly cut from the spit was very filling the food was only £13.30 which i think is a great value for the ammount you get andy is a great owner with a great personalty his other staff memebers are great warm and welcoming awsell keep up the good work

Nice people...1 person at a time due to CoVid. Small chips are exactly that, bit on the over cooked side.One person at best. The fish is nice but ideally needs to all be covered in batter as the bit that isn't is dry, burnt and crunchy. The batter is soft and not crispy for most part. Really nice though. Might just be me and the day I went, If they can sort those out it would be a definite 5 star.
