My freehub was a bit loose and I thought this would mean a lengthy break while I got it booked in as I always find it difficult getting to a bike shop. Working in MK made it easy to drop into Stoney Stratford at lunch time and it was fixed within 10mins - excellent service, a nice looking coffee shop and some seriously cool bikes on display. I will be back for a bike fit. Thanks!!

Its great to have 23c open again. The shop has been revamped to increase the amount of tables for food and drink service. Full service facilities for all brands and custom bike building on offer. Knowledgeable friendly staff seem to know the answer to any bike questions you might have and also make a mean cup of coffee. How talented are they! Well worth a visit if only to ogle beautiful Italian racing bikes. The gluten free brownies aren’t bad either!

I dropped into Twenty3c this morning for coffee, cake and an unscheduled bike repair. Chris at Twenty3c fixed my bike problem, while me and my cycling buddies enjoyed the really nice coffee and cakes, they serve at Twenty3c. It was our first experience of visiting Twenty3c. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee shop has a lovely interior and you can park your bikes inside the coffee. so no need to worry about your bike being left out on the High Street. We'll be back for sure !

Excellent service this afternoon. Booked my bike in online for a service and some repairs, and dropped it off this afternoon. The repairs were done this afternoon and had some good advice too. Excellent place. Stopped for a cup of tea also in the cafe, also excellent!! Definitely will be using again,

Ceri and 23C save the day again... after being told by another local bike shop that what I wanted to do was impossible Ceri had the required parts in stock and got them to me exceptionally quickly so I was able to do the ride I'd planned that afternoon. Knowledgeable and never patronising even when the home mechanic has done something stupid that needed fixing. Best bike shop in the area in my opinion (and the coffee and cake are pretty good too!)

Thank you to Ceri and the guys at Twenty3c for the Di2 upgrade you did on my road bike. Great collection and delivery service, really high quality workmanship and friendly help and advice among the way. All done at a very reasonable price. Look forward to popping in for a coffee and cake when things return to the new normal. Will definitely use again for future servicing work.

Initially I was thinking of buying a bike online, but a friend recommended I visit twenty3c first. I'm so glad I did. The staff were really friendly and chatted with me for ages about the pros and cons of buying different bike set ups and brands. Nothing like talking about bikes over coffee. These guys really know what they are talking about!!! I didn't realise the importance of having a bike set up correctly, and now really appreciate it - I'm loving my Bianchi ;-) Thanks so much for your invaluable advice and excellent service.

Having purchased a bike from Evans, I wanted before the 100 mile ride London event (my first big cycle) some expert help. I went to Twenty3c and was not disappointed with some excellent help and advise for the day. I was kitted out with everything I would need and not made to feel a fool. Looking at their bike prices and offers I seriously regret not purchasing my bike from them in the first place. If you want keen prices and good honest help - you can't go wrong

Super coffee, lovely cake and gorgeous selection bikes!! What a perfect place to discover. Awesome combo. There was also free wi-fi and even a place inside the cafe shop to park up your bike. After talking with the owner who was really friendly, I'll definitely be arranging to get get my bike serviced here. Maybe with Christmas approaching it's time to upgrade...

I've been here a few times with my dog. A nice atmosphere, great tea, brilliant cake. My only gripe is that this place closes too early (at 5pm). On the 4 occasions I've dined here, customers are still walking in at 4:50pm. Ideally, especially on a Saturday, closing time should be at 7pm. Also, sandwiches and even hot food should be sold here.

Recently bought a brand new focus carbon roadie. Fantastic service and great price. Also had a service on my other bike and feels like new. Also feel much better supporting local businesses over the big retailers.
