Sainsburys Restaurant

Not too busy which is nice. Some of the prices Vs other food stores are in places 30-40% higher for like for like items. Which in a time where people are struggling to even heat and light Their homes is quite shocking. Many items not having SEL's. Availability in some areas is lacking. I didn't see a single smile from any of the floor staff except what I assume was a female manager? Hard to say for sure as they were not in a uniform or had visible ID showing but was facing up shelves. Happy workers are naturally more effective! They seemed so down trodden. A shame to be honest.

The store is great but the lifts are awful and need to be sorted out and the retrieval of trolleys is appalling. My advice when u park get a trolley and take it up to the store. Security staff just happy to stand and chat. When u ask where the trolleys are they just say they are being retrieved wait for them. Why isnt one of them standing there going to help? I know its not their job exactly but of more help doing than standing chatting at the front of the store

Great variety of grocery items( though I'd like to see more kids cereals). We liked the ready to eat section of foods -good ribs and assorted salads and side dishes for great prices! Fruits are always fresh!Good assortment of clothes and shoes for adults and kids.(love the Tu brand!)I really loved the clearance section. Home items are always being discounted and are excellent quality and great variety for every colour scheme. I love the habitat brand they carry! Good helpful service from staff!

Excellent supermarket all round. There are two levels of underground parking dedicated to the supermarket so parking is no issue. Always have trolleys and baskets available. There are ATMs located at the street entrance. There is also a photo booth for passport photos etc. There is a decent sized homewares section for all rooms in the house, the kitchen and bedding selections are really good and the seasonal stock celebrating Christmas, Halloween, Summer etc is awesome. Clothing for women, men and also children. The women’s section has a change room which is handy. There are always good deals across food and grocery items. The aisles are wide to accommodate two shopping trolleys 🛒 side by side with no issue. There are self checkout options available for both trolleys and baskets

A good, large supermarket. The shop isn't too big and has a decent clothing and homeware department. The layout is good and items are very easy to find. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only issue with a shop of this size, is that, despite its size, somethings are frustrating out of stock occasionally. There isn't always enough staff supervising the self-service tills so there is sometimes a short wait to be seen.
