Arrived on site, the customers let me park the work van near there loading bay entrance, not blocking it, just in case they had a delivery while i was working on site, met Sara, and she was extremely helpful and professional showed us the areas that required attention, and i shortly thereafter cracked on... All Hygienically safe and in good working order...

Always helpful polite staff, well organised especially in light of social distancing, I dont feel stressed shopping here. Offer great value for money on clothes, without losing quality. Unfortunately on my budget food is some times only for a special treat.

Good Food Hall and cafe, but it needs to be twice or three times the size and carry a much bigger range of clothes, including kidswear, of which they presently stock none. Parking here is free and much easier than in the Town Centre, and I frequently feel I would visit more and spend more if it was much bigger.

Cafe was very busy but we got our main courses in about 15-20 minutes. This was fine as we had been warned it could take a while. We had four main courses and this cost under 30 pounds, including a single drink. All the dishes tasted good. The staff seem to be a bit overwhelmed at busy times but all I had to do was ask and the very helpful staff cleaned our table and the floor. Everyone was very friendly and the staff engaged with regulars who sat around us. The food tasted good and was served piping hot. You line up with a tray for your order. The line can take a while but the queue was orderly and good natured! The menu had breakfast options, several main courses, salads, coffee, frappe etc. There are also ready prepared sandwiches, snacks, etc. If seeking a decent and reasonably priced meal this is one option in Newbury, but you may want to visit at off-peak times.

OK m+s branch, its not that big so the clothes range in stock is quite small. There is a cafe, food section, and women's clothes on the ground floor, mens, and a small amount of kids upstairs and on the ground floor. It is clean, the lift takes you straight to the car park so it's pretty convenient.

I always find the staff at the Newbury Store to be most helpful and patient. I am disabled but don't appear to be and however I plan it I always end up looking slow and disorganised at the checkout. However, I never feel any frustration from the staff and they always have good ideas about what I could use for what I have in mind and will fetch it for me at the checkout, same if I forget something or have missed it on the shelves. It was Christmas Eve and busy but there was no impatience shown at all. I was shopping today for a Christmas Tea for Senior Citizens who do not go to relatives or receive any visitors in this sheltered accommodation. Loneliness is a sad fact for many at Christmas but I found the most exquisite cake I have ever seen and ( Thankfully ) completely devoid of any Santa or Reindeer on it. Santa has taken the Christ out of Christmas! Santa is also an anagram of Satan. I feel I have to photograph that lovely cake when it's out of its packing and before it's cut. I don't think any of the major Supermarkets had anything close to this cake in looks. We haven't tried it but I am anticipating that it will be lovely.

I love M & S now travelling all the way to Newbury because ours was closed in Andover. Lovely autumn/winter clothing on display also it was nice to see Christmas items & clothing. I bought myself 2 long cardigans. Wheelchair accessible entrances from the high street and parkway Well laid large spacious shop spotless clean and tidy. Professional and friendly staff Wide selection of food and drink saved in the M & S cafe. Handy whilst you are shopping. I enjoyed a nice cup of tea with an M&S mouth watering Victoria sponge WOW! it's one to die for. I highly recommend
