Monsieur Crepe Cafe

For first impressions, this place scored pretty high! As soon as we walked in, a guy cooking offered us a menu. The other staff were really friendly too. The food was pretty good, I asked for a sausage, egg and bacon bap, on brown. It wasn't on the menu and they said yes right away! Very generous with the servings. The coffee was alright, but not as good as I expected. And the only other thing was, that there was no seating inside, so we had to sit outside and it was a tad cold! Overall, will go back when I'm up that way. Thanks to the staff for making us feel welcome :)

Brilliant venue, friendly staff and awesome food. Always busy and the owners and staff always make you feel welcome. They also have a very good booking service I appreciate being able to turn up and know that a table will be available for me without having to queue like other venues. Given the size of the restaurant and how popular it is I would never assume (like the previous reviewer) that I could just turn up and expect them to have room for me. They are a small business and shouldn’t be expected to keep spare tables on the off chance someone turns up.

Myself, my mam and sister visited today for Christmas afternoon tea which was amazing! Whenever we are wanting to book afternoon tea the first place we go to to book is Monsieur Crepe - we wouldn’t go anywhere else! The food is amazing, the staff are so polite and helpful and Marc and Gary are so welcoming to all of their customers!

Great atmosphere and staff were very friendly and on top of things. Stars and stripes: Hash browns, bacon and sausages were lovely. Pancakes seems like they had been left out on a hot plate for too long so they were super dry. Poached eggs: The ratio of bread to eggs was completely off. Way too much bread considering the tiny size of eggs. Eggs were also overcooked so quite disappointing.

Another fabulous Yoga Social at Monsieur Crepe. Such a gorgeous cafe, food is amazing, menu is fab & staff are so friendly & helpful. This really is a hidden gem, if you have never been get yourself along. When it’s warm enough you have the option of sitting outside. Huge bonus that also dog friendly, dogs welcome inside and out.

Well, all we were after was to try an iced coffee and Google maps led us here. The staff were incredible and squeezed us in ..out table was booked for a hour ahead in time from when we arrived. They are attentive and friendly. Our coffees arrived quickly and so did our food. My food was so good I started chuckling. I tasted my partner's eggs Benedict and it also blew my mind. I live for finding surprises and good adventures. If you want good food ...the choices are extensive. The coffee is bang on. You won't regret it.
