Thought it was about time i reviewed this place. Kamal is the best in the area, food is always of quality and tastey. Friends and family have used for years now. Even if you get a ‘not so great one’ which happens from time to time with any food places, it’s still never bad. 5✨ because they deserve it.

It's a halal fine dining restaurant with plenty selections of authentic Indian cuisine. If you're a first-timer, just ask the waiter and they will recommend the menu based on your preferences. I asked for the recommended menu and because I like spicy food, they recommended Lamb Handi and it's not on the menu. The taste is really good and spiciness level is spot on (though for me it's mild). The lamb meat is very tender, the aroma reminds me of Indonesian beef rendang. A must try menu. Another meal we tried: Chicken Curry, Pilau Rice, and garlic naan.

Been meaning to try this place for a while so decided to take the wife there for a midweek treat and am I glad that I did. Went there on a Tuesday night at 7pm and they had a few tables in. The place is BYOB and they were more than happy to provide us with the wine glasses for our bottle. Without a corkage fee I must add. My wife ordered the Bhuna prawn on puree and I ordered the Sheekh kebab for starters. Both were delicious. The main courses were Lamb Karachi and Chicken Jalfrezi accompanied with rice and Nan breads. All were delightful. There was plenty of food left over so they put it into a doggy bag for us to take home. An absolutely lovely meal with great service.

We chose Kamal for new years eve because the food is so good. My favourite dish is the Korma and the Peshwari Naan, highly recommend! The restaurant is lovely, great for either a quiet date night or large gathering with friends and family.
