Puccini Restaurant

Very lovely decorated and authentic Italian restaurant (Italian music included) with one of the loveliest, friendly and caring staff members who went above and beyond for us! Food was super tasty, with many interesting options/offers, and the service and atmosphere we received was one of a kind! Highly recommend a visit here ASAP!

Party of 4, visited on Friday afternoon. We all had the happy hour deal. Starter ( soup, potato skins, garlic bread), pizza or pasta and either ice cream or coffee. All the portions were very generous and tasty. The dining experience was lovely and the atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed, complimented by the friendly staff on duty. A special mention to Fabrizio....a really nice helpful gentleman. £65 for a three course meal for four and a bottle of wine and three pints of lager.....not bad at all. We will be back!

A friend and I went to this restaurant on a bit of a whim and didn't regret it! We were enticed by the steak night menu and so in we went! This hidden little Italian restaurant is packed with character and music to go with, a very upbeat and vibrant atmosphere! We really enjoyed ourselves! The food was great and we'd definitely go back! Staff were great and very friendly! The food was very nicely cooked! Overall, value for money, quality food and service - Highly recommended!

Went for the great deal of 3 courses for £8. Food wasn't the best, but good enough for the price. Staff were lovely and very friendly. They were quick to take orders, and allowed us to visit even though I was a bit late, and also allowed us to stay later too. Good atmosphere; though decor is slightly dated, it was still fairly busy when I visited. Overall, a good place to have a relaxing evening, but not the best place if you're looking for high quality, extremely tasty food.

I went to Puccini tonight with my boyfriend and honestly had such an amazing experience. Atmosphere is great, but the food was absolutely 11/10. I would recommend the cheesy chips side and the pizza, but it was all amazing. Best cheesy chips I’ve ever had. The manager (we didn’t catch his name) was sooo lovely and kind to us and made our experience even better (it’s the Glass House manager, we just don’t know your name!) Seriously recommend this place. Also i’m gluten free and my pizza was still amazing!!

Not only our favourite Italian restaurant in town but our favourite restaurant in town full stop. The food is amazing & the quantity is of such a high standard, the drinks are great (one of the best Aperol Spritz you will find anywhere) and it is all great value for money. But the thing that stands out more than anything else in this city centre restaurant is the staff, Fabi and his team make your visit to this restaurant unforgettable. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. If your looking for a great restaurant in the city centre, try this little hidden gem and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed 😊
