Great casino, dealers are the best and always chatty. Food and drink reasonable priced. Plenty of slots and always table games available. Staff are always very attentive and will open tables if needed so it never seems over crowded. Always a great experience we really enjoy it here :)

I had a delightful time while visiting. The door staff were welcoming and informative. Scott, that night's security, was kind to direct me towards the gender neutral facilities inside.
Tania on the front desk was simply amazing. Processing my new membership promptly while making me feel very welcome with her warming personality.
Once inside, I ordered my drinks from a delightful bartender named Danial. Which I will always remember due to the unusual spelling and his bright smile.
The cost of the drinks was priced quite similarly to other establishments around the city center, and there was much on offer.
In all, I had a delightful experience and recommend a visit if you are visiting Newcastle and fancy a date with Lady Luck.

Great casino. I think they're trying to attract new custom cos I won a fortune with only £5 in my pocket but thousands as I left in a secure taxi lol
That brought back memories of the old style casinos and yes I'll be back but won't expect to win so much next time but quite happy it's a nice chill zone after power house. See you there folks.
I'm sure they'll introduce a foodie night soon or is that just wishful thinking.

Love this place, smaller than aspers casino across town but 100% better! Really really friendly staff! I only play slots with the luck of the Irish game on them so therefore I don't play slots when I go in there. Good priced drinks but the restaurant never seems to be open whenever I come up would be a 5 star rating otherwise!

I went with a stag group of 20 plus...We had paid for the poker experience. Some novice some played before, I was a novice along with about 8 others. Had a great time learning for a couple of hours, then went to spend our ‘free bets’ and drinks (within the package) at the tables..
We were treated excellently by Shannel at the reception, whose patience signing us in and joining the non members deserves a mention on its own!
Looking forward to going to my local casino in Nottingham.

The staff are lovely, very helpful. The place oa clean, enough games to keep you busy for a while. The restaurant is nice, very reasonable prices. The alcoholic drinks at the bar are overpriced but the soft drinks are free.
The cash machine inside charges to use it.
