I went to Pizza hut on Thursday 1st June at lunchtime for some food before I went to the cinema,I was very impressed and happy with the customer service and the atmosphere was really welcoming and friendly. I would certainly go time and time again and I'd hight recommend it for a bite to eat as the food there is #AMAZING and so tasty and the menu has a great variety of different pizzas etc xx
I came here with a friend today and we both received excellent service,staff engaged in nice conversation with us,told us about an app and some special deals,made us feel very welcomed and the food was just as good. I need to come here more often.....
Mac Attack pizzas was great. I had Mac & Cheese pizza along the side of cheesy bites with bacon and it was lovely. Staff was very friendly and communicative when needed. Plenty of options for bottomless drinks from cola to tango and with flavours
We are from Bristol. Having travelled to Newcastle. This was the best Pizza Hut we have ever visited. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing too much trouble. Had a fantastic time. So chilled.

Came here for buffet lunch with my husband & 2 little ones. Staff were so lovely and attentive. Offered to put our little boys pizza in a box because he didn’t eat it. Lovely service will return again.
Havnt been for a while, had the buffet and refillable drink. Food tasted nice. Selection of pizza not as large as previous and salad choice reduced. Luke P was our server and was excellent, checking on us and clearing unnecessary plates

Hello! I brought a big group of 40+ people to your Pizza Hut Restaurant a few days ago. I just want to say a big THANK YOU for making my and my club's (Tigers Basketball Club) experience awesome! the group that I brought was the kids from 5 years old to 16 year olds and about 10 parents, you even allocated us more seats which allowed more parents to stay and enjoy the meal! I couldn't find your restaurant more helpful that what it was, you went above and beyond. Also, Elisha (the girl that was looking after our group) she was great! Amazing customer service, super patient with the kids, and nothing was a problem (even when I was requesting more things that what we have ordered origiinally). I tried to keep the noise the level to a minimum (I am sure you hear me shouting' Tigers') and made sure the team didn't leave too much much after. A massive thank you from all of us! Thank you once again and I will definately recommend to my friends and we will be back :) The smiles on the kids (and parents) faces show how awesome the night was!
The attentiveness, the politeness of the staff the welcoming atmosphere the ease of being able to grab someone for something you need. Best Pizza Hut I’ve visited .
Attended with my daughter, and were greeted with a friendly and helpful service. Food was brought to the table hot and they accommodated for my needs with regards to my food sensitivities. Thank you so much, we will be back!
All of it - delicious food served by smiling happy people. Pizzas were fresh, sides were delicious and they were all served very quickly and were piping hot. And a doggy bag to boot!
