I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at Sainsbury's in Newcastle.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process enjoyable.
The store was well-organized, and I found a wide variety of fresh produce and high-quality products.
The cleanliness and overall atmosphere added to the positive experience.
I highly recommend Sainsbury's in Newcastle for a pleasant and convenient shopping trip.

Argos, tu and habitat. Loads of cool sweets and food from around the world. Great quality products and with aldi price match on certain products and nectar card offers/ prices it is cheaper than you might think.

Everything you need and top quality too under one roof. They have a well stocked clothes department with up to date fashions as well as Habitat goods and Argos in store too. Whether you're buying food, looking for clothes or there to pick up a gift - you can find it all at Sainsbury's. The only downside is that there is currently no cafe - not sure whether or not it will return but unfortunately, you can't sit and have a cuppa before or after you shop - that's the only reason I knock a star off!

Store was very cold due to heating breakdown, but Lisa on the scan as you shop tills went above and beyond to help both my self and my disabled friend. She is always happy and friendly. A great asset to the store.

Never miss a chance to brighten someone's day with a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Sainsbury's. With an endless selection of fresh, colourful arrangements, you can always find the perfect gift for any occasion. From Mother's day to birthdays, to new born babies, celebrate with the best quality flowers.

I find the smartshop facility very convenient. In fact I am surprised more customers do not make use of it. And if there are any problems with it there are always helpful staff on hand.

Its Sainsburys. It sells nice groceries and its well managed, clean and has very pleasant staff. You can get fuel too. As a Sainsbury's goes its one that keeps the image up there.

Just love Sainsbury's Heaton. The staff are always very helpful. Lovely airy cafe, fantastic cup of tea (the best), and free wifi.

Sainsburys admit they trap foxes and have them shot dead by pest control. I will never shop in poorman's Waitrose again.

Reminded me when Sainsbury's first opened, not 1 aisle was fully stocked, more empty shelves. The staff are a credit, helpful as ever but obviouly some things out of their control and should be addressed by management.

Lovely bright store and friendly staff. Unfortunately there appears to be less and less free tasters in store. You use to be able to test enough free foods to be able to skip lunch but no more. C'mon Sainsbury's, get back to where you were. 😁👍

Willl someone stop the endless stream of kuds running around the cafe. Apatwy fromthe irritation is is dangerous.

Thank you so much to the bakery team at Sainsburys for once again supporting the St. Teresa's Primary School summer family barbecue - and Luke Watson for sorting it for us! The donation of bread buns really helps us to deliver a great event to our families and raise funds for our school.

Today the customer service attitude was terrible. Thank you Helen for pointing out my mistake and not letting it go. I wasn't having a go at you (generally I have had a bad day) but you just didn't give in. So again thank you for really not helping!

Good full breakfast and filter coffee. Just a little on the costly side though. Free WiFi was useful.

Best supermarket for miles....everything you need including Tu clothing range under one roof

I had a lovely Big Breakfast Yesterday Morning, I had the Big Breakfast before

Lovely store, most of the staff are nice. Shelf stackers always hard at work.

I will no longer be using Sainsburys due to it's continued association with Nectar which has chosen to affiliate itself with that bastion of right wing prejudice and bigotry.

It's Sainsburys
It's not the cheapest
But it's local
