I regularly visit this costa as I'm a bus driver and if I have time at Eldon Square I go and treat myself to a coffee, the staff here are so friendly and efficient, I couldn't recommend this costa branch enough! 5* service girls!

My favourite Costa branch. The staff are friendly and the café is always pleasantly quiet and clean. The drinks are always delicious and very convenient, since it’s in the bus station and right next to the shops.

I enjoyed a croissant and a panettone with an americano, each was delicious ( and a welcome respite in following my fiancée around the shops) and the service was friendly and apt.
