Staff very helpful & friendly Food good quality & very tasty Wouldn't recommend going on a Sunday again as this seems to be the busiest day & is more difficult to order, bar is full, bigger ques & is not much space to move around. So quieter days are suggested. Very cosy inside with no bright lights.

Went here for a sunday lunch carvery, everything was freshly cooked and service was excellent. Shame they didn't have what my daughter in law, who is vegetarian wanted but she enjoyed her vegetarian carvery. The one lady (sorry I didnt get your name) staff member was extremely helpful and very apologetic. Would recommend.

Busy but expected it to be. We had to sit in the bar not the restaurant. Had the carvery. I had gammon and pork, hubby had beef. Yorkshire puddings were huge. Despite being busy the wait in the queue for the buffet was not more than 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and eager to please. Also glad they had a refillable soft drinks machine.

A really clean, comfortable, friendly, establishment. Excellent service, good food, reasonably priced. Our server today, was Ellie. She is a credit to the business. Conscientious, friendly, helpful and very efficient. The restaurant was very busy, but Ellie ensured we were neither rushed or forgotten about. We were a party of 5 and we all had a delicious 2 course meal. Toby Carvery, Coldra never disappoints. We were given raffle ticket 524

Two separate visits, but the same smiling warm welcome and service. The staff are fabulous and do all they can too make every moment passed here as enjoyable as they can. Special mention too Becky for absolutely faultless service. Food is spot on and everybody should be proud of the work they are doing. Keep it up everyone!!

You really can't fault the incredible hard work that is required to feed hundreds (300 a day normally, on a Sunday 1,000) of people a day. We had a choice of 4 meats with a plethora of vegetables. Needless to say we had our fill and had dessert to boot. This should have been an uneventful dinner out to celebrate a 12 year olds birthday, and it was until his 4 year old brother started playing with pepper and in turn touched his eye. One distressed child, the manager, Josh, was quick to act, professional, extremely considerate to a very upset little boy. Well done to all concerned, our stay was memorable to say the least.
