Absolutely fantastic service from Pizza Hut Newport (Sam). Ordered a collection tonight and when returning home there was a small mistake on the order. After giving them a call Sam said he would deliver a new pizza as soon as he could. In 20 minutes he’d delivered a fresh order. Great service! Thanks
Used only twice but fantastic, every swapped topping was done, half and half's were perfect. Equally sliced. They went overboard with the toppings which I love. Will be using once a week if the quality is always like this! Also to mention is that this is part of the £6.99 collection deal, Domino's tend to skimp like mad if you're getting the pizza and a reduced rate. I've also used the £5 pizza deal and once again the toppings a have been immense. Great stuff!

My son ordered a pizza as a treat for himself (first pay day), but put it under our old address by mistake. Upon enquiry, the branch kindly remade his order so we could collect. Was ready in 20 minutes, no problems. Very helpful staff and very much appreciated.

Not being from the area, this Pizza Hut Delivery outlet was just a 10 minute drive from where we were staying. I ordered online for collection at 5.45pm. It was easy to find (right opposite Gwent Police HQ!), parked outside with ease. The pizza's were ready exactly ontime, they were as ordered and were more than satisfying. The chap that served me was really polite and friendly.
The only issue I have is with the online order system (not specific to this outlet) it promised some free items if I created an online account. I did. The free items were not in the order. Not a big deal.
It was good value for money.
Used quite regularly was excellently managed food arrived warm and intime they stated ..once out of the many times I have used was dissatisfied not with delivery but the presentation of the order and did not get order or delivery with out recalling maybe a problem in store that day

Sometimes it comes in 20 mins sometimes it comes in 40 mins but I guess sometimes they are busier than other times you gotta expect it. The food always tastes fresh and hot and the delivery guys are always friendly and helpful.
Literally never get it wrong, always hot, pizza always bang on, delivery drivers are all good, friendly folk who are never phased by delivering to a business address. Lunch is sorted! Don't forget to order your dip though!
Just had the most delicious pizza delivered, I did ring to compliment the chef who's name I believe is jamie, but thought I would add a coment here too. Great customer service too, Thankyou for the lovely food.
