Yes, it's very dated. It's not a modern hotel. It has uneven floors, bird poop on the windows, missing screens, and scary parking. But it tries. We had a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, small fridge, coffee, an abundance of soaps, shampoos and thick comfy towels. There was a tub and an amazing shower. And the view! We slept with the windows opened and listened to the Pacific. We were charged for 2 nights, but easily was refunded. No breakfast. And there are a lot of interesting people around the hotel. Overall, its not too bad a place. It is about $75 too much on rates and should have security full time. I wouldnt stay there if I was traveling alone. That shower though, excellent!

I got you this hotel and they told me I have No Reservations I had made it through Expedia. Expedia did not get my reservation in. Even though I paid for it. I was there for 45 minutes trying to get it straightened out with Expedia and the lady at the desk. Finally she told me to have them cancel it. The guy was rude to her that was on the phone with her from Expedia. So I canceled my reservations with them and she gave me $100 discount in the same and better room on the top floor. What better courtesy could you ask from any hotel to do something like that. But the heater doesn't work very well so it's been quite cold in the room. But I saved $100 told my wife it's okay.

Bathroom was very dated, otherwise a lovely experience. The view from the room of the Pacific was particularly striking. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Internet service was fast. If you've got a low riding car watch out for the dip leading in to the parking garage, it's nearly impossible not to bottom out.

Hotel staff was amazing!! Even the gal being trained had awesome customer service!! :) The location is perfect. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and has a perma-odor in it. Some repairs need to be done. Pool had an actual deep end (yes!) and was warm, but water cloudy and maybe needs more attn. If the customer service wasn’t so amazing, I’d rate it a 2 star. If updated and maintained better, it would definitely be a 5 star rating! Thx for the fun stay.

After reading the reviews about this Inn I was nervous to stay there, but I was presently surprised. Our room was clean and comfortable with a sink and vanity outside the bathroom. Directly behind was a closet area. This made it easy to get ready without disturbing my sleeping children. The widows offered beautiful views all the way to a lighthouse. The windows opened to let in the ocean sounds and smells. When we needed towels and a remote for the TV the staff promptly brought them to us. The location was convenient, yet away from heavy foot traffic. There was even stairs down to a nice Sandy beach! My children and I had a lovely stay.
