Starbucks

Wish there was better accessibility for wheelchairs. There is only one small door available to enter even though there are double doors. There are two sets of doors, but only one set of doors has a ramp. There is always a sign blocking the second door on the ground. Even if you have someone move the sign for you they LOCK the second door. When we have asked someone behind the counter to unlock the door - they have said we don't know how, or it gets stuck? Not a great answer.....

Very convenient location. Nice atmosphere inside. Large windows are good. Relatively lots of space to sit. Priced as any other Starbucks. Fast service and good quality. Only negative that about 45 min prior to closing they removed all bakery from display. There was enough of prepackaged food on display. Nothing local is sold there. They should try better to connect better with community. Clean bathroom. Due to location there was always a line. We liked upper level a lot. There is good sized parking lot behind building. $3 per hour. Seems pricy but is right for the area.

Although the coffee is always good, it's a bit frustrating to only order through the app, but MORE SO an elderly gentleman went to the door asking to go in + order. reHe Hiswas told to order through the app only. His reply was "I don't know how to do that/use a smart phone.". He was told in no uncertain terms he MUST order through the app or no service. I was not quick enough to catch him and order + pay for the gentleman. There should be an exception for the elderly that need it, as most would agree
