Consistent with all other locations. Located on the Levee so it’s a nice atmosphere. You get a lot for the price you pay and it’s delicious

Please stop handing out stale waffle bowls. You charge extra for them and if they're not fresh, it ruins the whole thing. This has happened more than 3x now which is why I'm finally leaving a negative review. Customer service could also be improved.

0 stars. No one loves ice cream more than me. This is the worst, most expensive ice cream I've ever had. Not to mention my double oreo didn't have oreos. The people I went with all got different things and agreed they weren't good.

It was really good! The seasonal offerings were fresh and definitely something different! My problems were my girlfriend found hair in her ice cream and some of the employees had a bit of an attitude which soiled it just a bit.

Staff never to enthusiastic about serving customers. Also they should take the chocolate dipped waffle bowls off their menu. They never have them in stock for a whole shift. I was told it takes too much time and they're too messy to make as to why they never have them stocked. They also give so much attitude when requested to have one made, that a customer would be paying and contributing to the business for. Even after several talks with the GM (who was actially very nice and helpful) who told me to request the item if they don't have it in stock and free coupons, the staff still refused to make them. I haven't eaten here in a year+ because of this and refuse to step foot in this place again.

Went today. Ice cream was excellent. I ordered a medium strawberry blondie. It was delicious but way too much after a meal. Definitely getting a small next time.
