White Castle

I love me some Whitey's but this location is hut or miss!! We went a couple days ago and it was some of the best sliders we've ever had well cooked and put together just as good but last week we went a little later in the evening and it was probably the worst we've ever had. So take that for what it's worth!! The employees there are always amazing they just miss on the quality some times!! I guess the question is how much do you like sliders and are you willing to take that chance!! 🤣🤣 Also just because of that one bad visit we won't stop coming to this location!!

Always have to stop here when in the area. Have been eating here since I was a child. No matter where I get White Castles from they are never as good as the ones from this location. Don't know what the difference is but there is a difference. Live approximately 120 miles northwest and have actually made the trip just to get these particular White Castles. Have family in the area. After visiting we always stop here for a crave case with cheese, no pickle for the drive home. And I also have to give props for the fries. Crispy on the outside but still soft and fluffy inside and always taste fresh. Have always experienced good customer service here for the most part whether it's day or night. I hope this particular location never changes.

When I went to this place it wasn't busy at all. It was no reason for my food not to be fresh. Two of my burgers was fresh and the 3rd was hard around the edges and old. Some of my fries were fresh on top but they mixed them in with old fries plus they rushed me. If your gonna rush me then at least make sure everything is in the bag that I ask for. I won't be back to this one.

This place is garbage. They are constantly getting my order wrong then wanna be rude & nasty when you call to make then aware of the mistake. I've gotten better & friendlier services at soup kitchens & that's sad to say. I'll never spend another dime at this location & hope someday they can get employees that can hear, read & have decent customer service experience.

Staff was friendly but our sliders were not hot. We went thru the drive-thru and pulled over in the lot to eat, so food should have been hot and fresh. The 1921 sliders tasted different as well- definitely not as tasty as the last time. Now our onion chips and fish nibblers were hot, so they get points for that since I could tell those were at least fresh.

The main reason I'm giving this location this rating is because it so happens to be located very close to Campbell county jail and when you get released from there you usually have to wait for someone to come get you and the staff is always very courteous and helpful and come on let's just say it a white castle after jail...... There ain't nothing better lol well maybe a cigarette but anyway way to go team white castle y'all are awesome!!!
