The cookies are great, but when the girls who work the season return to school, this place transforms. The off season staff are rude, unprofessional and unapologetic about their random early closings. Whoever owns this is bleeding money thanks to the staff. I have tried for three nights to purchase cookies. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the cookie jar closed early and the “help” didn’t even try to hear me asking when they would reopen. Instead, the gestured to me with their hands, cutting at their necks and turning their backs to me. A few minutes later, some friends were granted entry. Terrible. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Good place to get a cookie fix on the wharf. They have some nice options at good prices. The staff is helpful and friendly. It can get busy at times, so be prepared to wait - but it is worth it.

Was in Newport for a day and walked by this place, the smell was fanatastic so had to give it a try. The cookies were good, but nothing spectacular. In my opinion not worth the $6 for 3 cookies, but it's a tourist area so it's understandable.

I go here every time I visit Newport and the baked good are awesome. They taste very nice and their all hand-baked. You can see them baking them if you get there at the right time. It's a very cozy small shop for a little after-meal snack.

Cookies are ok, nothing special. Had the peanut-butter, and sugar cookie they were a little too over baked and hardly had any flavor.

Cookies were exceptionally stale, but not as stale and putrid as the service. I would give it zero stars, but this app will not allow it.
