Mcdonald's

Things are getting better. This McDonald's has struggled to keep up for several years. Lately, more often than not, drive through orders are correct. If you skip the drive though and go in, employees will avoid eye contact for as long as possible. They seem to be working really hard, I imagine the worker shortage has been difficult for them. Other Fast food restaurants near by seem to be recovering faster.

They always have 3-5 cars pulled forward in the drive thru waiting on their food. Which is typically a 15 min wait for semi warm food. This is the 3rd time in a row they’ve left food out of our bags or got the order wrong. On the plus side the people working inside weren’t screaming profanities at each other as I’ve witnessed on more than one occasion in the past when I’ve gone in to reconcile our issues.

The employees here make the customers waiting for long periods of time for any kind of acknowledgement, much less any kind of service. They will not take your order in person. You have yo either order on the kiosk or through the mobile app. The employees here treat you as though YOU should feel privileged to be in their presence. After putting the order in on the kiosk, we labeled the order for eat in, they made it to go and didnt give us our drinks, when we asked for our drinks, the lady rolled her eyes at us and scoffed. Horrible service and horrible attitudes!

I came through the drive-thru around 2: 15pm and found a hair on the end of my burger and mustard dripping out the sides with the top of the bun missing the top layer. Here's the thing don't come here do yourself a favor avoid this place. The people were nice about it but the fact is this place is disgusting. I won't be back cook meals at home don't go to McDonald's it's garbage anyway.

Two people made our day at this location: Gary who was funny, attentive and just generally pleasant, esp a treat as I had a very excited 5 yo with me. And when we came again at dinnertime (not a regular habit) the staff "ambassador" replaced the identical toy she had received earlier that day with another, that caused great joy! Kudos to these two gents!

Constantly hear staff talking about how customers get on their nerves. Management is young, so they don't correct the talk. They join in. Prepare to spend a half hour at this location if you plan on ordering anything. Cashier's shouldn't be handling coffee and drinks after touching cash, either, but this location doesn't care. Never again will I spend a dollar at McDonald's.

I am an Uber Eats Driver and I arrived to pick up a customer's order from here. Me and 2 other delivery drivers stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes waiting for somebody to say something to us, but every employee in the back was visibly ignoring us. I didn't want to be an a**hole, so I decided to go back to my car and take the drive thru instead. Got to the machine and they told me I have to come inside to pick up the order. Told them I was just standing in there for 10 minutes and couldn't get anybody's attention, so they told me to park in a handicap parking spot and wait for someone to bring it to me. 5 minutes I've been waiting, and I still don't see anybody. For all you customers wondering why your Uber Eats orders take so long to arrive, this is what us delivery drivers have to go through.
