Sonic Drive-in

Worst service ever!!! I sat at the drive thru speaker for a solid 10 minutes and kept saying hello even honked my horn. Nothing ,…..nobody says anyhing. Instead of holding up the entire drive thru line , I proceed to the window to order. Well finally got to order at the window, afterwards I got my slushee within 3mins, then sat 23 minutes at window!!!! when all I ordered was two plain cheeseburgers and a small blue slushie. 🤦‍♀️ The ladies in the drive thru were gossiping and more focused on talking rather than working. The girl working the window was flirting with this guy in the pic. While the other lady working in front of the screen and actually on the headset taking orders was gossiping and talking to the drive thru lady. True guy kept coming up from line to talk to the girls C’mon get laid on your own time pal. Not on the clock

I’ve been here many times. They always get my order wrong. Tonight I went to get my boyfriend and I some ice cream. Ordered it through the app. I ordered a Reese’s blast with extra Reese’s, and an Oreo and peanut butter master shake. First of all, I get there and it’s drive through only, waited 20 minutes to receive the following: My boyfriends shake had Reese’s AND bits of butterfinger in it, therefore they are NOT cleaning their blade after each use. My shake was completely thin, literally like the texture of water. So now I can’t even eat it, had to stick it in the freezer a while. We also received someone else’s shake. Total of 3 shakes. I attempted to get the lady’s attention at the window several different times, she proceeded to ignore me and shoot me a mean glare. Won’t be going back.

I tried to place an order and pushed the order button, it stayed on for a short time abs went back to the "push button to order". People were leaving without ordering. The drive thru line never moved. The same vehicle was at the window the whole time. I know everyone is short staffed, but 15-20 minutes and no orders taken and no food delivered.
