Called in tonight on way home from few days away. We've been here on many occasions and cannot fault the food or service but tonight we both had the rump steaks and omg they were exceptional, highly recommend this nice little village pub

11 of us had a lovely meal here , the service was spot on , a warm welcome from the staff and everyone enjoyed what they chose. Have visited the pub every time we are in the area and have never been disappointed.

Lovely local pubs have been in a few times, Great quality simple pub food. The pizza was tasty and the burger I had on another visit was good quality. If you have been to any traditional English pub then you know what to expect. Also a small bear garden at the side which is nice to sit in the summer with a drink

My partner and here came here for a meal on Friday, it was amazing, friendly environment and welcoming staff. It was particularly special to me as I, along with my dad, step mum and twin sister lived in this pub from October 2012-March 2013 and I loved it there and still love it there. Amazing little pub with a beautiful atmosphere and even better food😍

A great pub for locals and visitors alike. Food is very good quality and value, especially the Sunday lunch. Beer is kept in very good condition and a wide choice for those who don't really appreciate a real ale. Dog friendly too 👍
