Popped in , hadn’t booked , got a table had child roast beef as not that hungry, no fuss / child certificate required like some pubs.
More than enough for me . Good selection of beers , friendly staff and a fair few locals chatting at the bar. Great find and worth a 25 mins trip out of Shrewsbury.
This was a wonderful place for us 'old timers' to have a long overdue catch up. Each of us was delighted with our meal, friendly service, happy to let us tweak our menu choices a bit, great value for money. Two of us aren't likely to be in the area again but the other 2 will return with family. Highly recommended!
