On Weds 13th Sept we had our wedding evening meal. 19 of us were well fed and watered. It was a fantastic evening and the staff were superb, even if we became slightly rowdy towards the end of the evening.

What a fab evening at Vittorio's! Food was on point and service was excellent - attentive, helpful and didn't make you feel everything was rushed. Credit to all the staff who made us feel comfortable and welcome and the chefs for the excellent food.

Our party of nine ranged, in age, from 70 to four years old. All were well satisfied by what we had. How refreshing to find a restaurant which doesn't 'feed down' to children nor does it offer a to adult menu for the young ones. Between the nine of us we explored a wide range of dishes, all of which were top notch.
The waiting staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I cannot recommend this place enough, my granddaughter (7) declared the meatball to be 'the best ever'.

Best authentic Italian restaurant in Newport. Definitely worth a visit if you have not been before. A few vegetarian options. No vegan options. Lovely atmosphere and great selection for drinks. Always looked after here

We went at the opening time after previously making a reservation, were seated straight away. The staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere. The food was lovely, but just lacked that zing of spice or seasoning. Our children enjoyed their food, and portion sizes were great for them. The only thing, if I really had to pick downside, would be that after empty glasses were taken, we weren't offered another drink and had to call someone over to ask.

This is the nicest, local and family-run restaurant I've ever visited. It has beautiful decor and an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're stepping back into your family home.
The food and service was delicious and competitive prices to match! This is a diamond in the rough that is Newport city and you're doing an amazing job. Keep going along this path without deviating for greed and this will remain for generations to come.

Booked in advance for my mother's 70th. For a table of 13. When arrived place was full and very busy which shows how much this place is loved by many. Price is expensive but don't mind once in a while. Place has been here for years! Has selection of steak,chicken, pastas and seafood. I picked seafood as I only eat halal meat which they do not do. Very nice flavours. You can have starters, mains and dessert. Not much selection of dessert. There was 2 different cheese cakes, tiramisu and ice cream. Would recommend.
