Beautiful cafe. Even more beautiful staff! The friendliest pair running the cafe made the visit so enjoyable when I visited with my friend and her little one. Fantastic food, loads of options for vegetarians. Definitely recommend the cheese and chutney toastie.. and the cake.. and the iced coffee that looks like a yummy dessert by itself. Our new favourite cafe.

My family and I dropped in on a rainy morning feeling bedraggled and altogether run down. The atmosphere was immediately lovely and the quality of the food and drink was amazing. I can't recommended this tea room highly enough.

Indulgence, it’s a sort of place. I’ve always wanted to own. Food and drink are top quality and service is excellent. No loud music so a perfect place for a catch up with a friend or a quiet moment on your own. My favourite place in Newton Abbott by far. Thanks Ross for creating such a special place. x .

We had lunch here in this wonderful tearoom. It was very tasty served on beautiful China. The tea we drank was first class. The dressing on the salad was out of this world. The staff were very friendly. We loved it. Thank you.

Visited today with my good friend from out of town. Lovely inside. Gorgeous cakes. We couldn't make up our mind between the victoria sponge cake and the carrot cake and the man gave us a smaller slice of each on our plates. Nothing too much trouble. I would certainly recommend and definitely visit again

I’m a bit loathe to sing the praises of this perfect cafe because too many people will want to go to experience it and there won’t be room for me. So far, my favourite is the homemade coffee and walnut cake which is the best I’ve tasted in many years. I’ve got a few more visits to make to get a comprehensive experience of most of the offerings which I look forward to! A friend’s favourite is the lemon drizzle cake. The coffee is excellent too. The atmosphere is lovely, you get a friendly welcome and great prompt service.

Loved the interior décor and china used, the cake is really good, light sponge, not at all dry and very tasty icing. Staff were all super friendly and couldn't do enough to help make your visit enjoyable. The main meals were simple and tasty, but lacked a little of the homemade indulgence you get with the cake. Would have been nice to have a doorstop wedge of bread or crusty roll rather than a slice of bread and maybe do a homemade coleslaw, but nonetheless was a very nice lunch in a lovely setting.
