I bought gas a drinks went straight to pump and it wouldn’t work. A lady said I took to long… I walked straight to the pump! Nasty 711 in the 757! I use to love 711, but WAWA customer service beats them in my area! Even the manager is no help at this location. He just looks at you. It took longer to stand in line to pay then when I had the problem just looks at you.. you have lost a customer.

Was having issues with the pump instead of the store rep coming outside she repeatedly told me she had no control.. like come outside and see what’s wrong with the pump… $20 waisted filing a claim with my bank. Rude and just stand behind the corner running their mouths smh

Rude cashier working tonight, went in for drinks,cigarettes and gas. I was wearing a mask but my husband didn't do to issues. Now I went to this same store 2 days ago and the cashiers weren't wearing mask but tonight we were told he wouldn't allow my husband inside the store. The store doesn't even have a sign saying there mandatory just a recommendation so they lost business and will never go back. All the cashiers need an attitude adjustment.

One sales associate don’t know how to compute a transaction, let alone multitask conversation with customers! My total came out to $14.12 I gave the associate $20.12... My change given back was $5.88? I have him the exact change. I should of got $6.00 back, like many, I don’t want a pocket full of loose change! He argued back and fourth with me that I didn’t give him the change. So I gave him 20 more cents to see if he would get it right. Again NOPE, my change is $5.88 he just threw the change in his drawer. He wanted to try the transaction over, but I’m not willing to throw more money into a drawer and not receive my my money back. Either the manager is desperate of a staff, or trying to help the community’s eat bums off the street. It doesn’t matter at this point, your associate is stealing from your customers!
Some will say this is petty but rule of thumb, “ if your 32 cents short a dollar, you don’t have a dollar”.

I went here one evening after the gym to purchase two bottles of water. The cashier rang up the order then when I proceeded to pay with a 20$ bill she told me she could not take cash due to the fact she just came in and the till was unable to break it down. She didn't even attempt to take the money nor come up with a solution. She pretty much refused the sale because she would have to go out of her way to break down my change. I've been a cashier myself for a few years and I would never refuse a sale for that reason. Its a great way to lose customers.

I got food poisoning from one of their pizzas. The night that I went to get the pizza, the first associate refused to put the pizza in the oven from the front refrigerator, or freezer, because it was outdated. The second guy went to the back and got another pizza, I wish I had followed my instinct and got my money back after the FIRST person said the first pizza was outdated. I woke up in the middle of the night with diarrhea and throwing up pizza and oil. I was very sick for two days. If you purchase food from here, make sure YOU check the date on the package. The owner was helpful at first, but then he tried to bamboozle me, so I called corporate. I guess they contacted him, because he called me while I was on the phone with corporate, to give me an insurance claim number. I had perfect attendance at work, and I missed 2 days of work because of this food poisoning incident. I will NEVER purchase anything from this 7-11 again.

I have a hard time even giving this store one star. I usually will go out of my way to avoid going but it is the closest to my house. It's always dirty. Employees are rude or they are calling you honey and sweetie..I'm 56 and no ones honey or sweetie. There is never any coffee ready. You have to remind them it is 6am and they need to put some on. Coffee bar is usually empty. They are usually out of whatever you are looking for. This morning was the icing on the cake though. Pulled in at about 6:30 am and the store was actually closed. People pulling up, waiting, checking the locked doors then finally leaving. No employee in site. This store gives 7 eleven a bad name. By far he worst in Hampton Rds.

This place sucks. They don't have good customer service. The store stays dirty. The coffee is always old and, cold. You have two clueless managers running around in confusion. The guy who manages the place doesn't know what he's doing. Than you have a lady manager who talks too loud. Which is unprofessional . I will not be returning to this location until management is replaced. This place is very bad. Don't go there.
