Absolutely amazing food! We had the Special afternoon Tea. The sandwiches were so fresh and delicious. I loved the scones the most! Still warm and perfect. The best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere, beautiful seating, chandeliers and staff are all wonderful. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

A great place to have your afternoon tea in Norwich. Would have liked to have a bit more on the £20 tea selection though. The scones were great and sandwiches tasty but a bit minuscule. The atmosphere is nice and the staff very friendly.

Just had my friends baby shower here and was such a great venue for it. Our server was Sarah & I can't thank her enough! she was amazing at helping us decorate & to make everything so special for our friend. Her service was incredible too! Food was great, just maybe one scone is enough, maybe some grapes instead of the second one! lol

Girls' afternoon tea yesterday for five of us, and my goodness was it delicious. Affordable Afternoon tea with plenty of sandwich, scones, and cakes. We asked for tea and coffees which was never a problem to ask for more. Staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout our visit. Atmosphere was busy with tables close by but enough space to feel separate to others. We were there two hours and we had a lovely time.

Went twice as it is a lovely tea house with a good selection. The place is pretty and you can be inside working or people watch at the front. The music gives a warm atmosphere and takes you back in time a little bringing more warmth as you feel the stress of the day go with a cup of tea. The food felt fresh and was worth the pennies. The service went down as some were attentive and detailed and some missed the detail parts so table service but missed a few things required and even the bill you went up for.

Really reasonably priced place to get afternoon tea, especially because the food is so good. They have a great selection of tea and coffee as well. I went for the original afternoon tea which I was able to get gluten free. I honestly found it to be more than enough and actually wasn't able to finish it. They also have a menu with some hot food items if you're looking to go in for lunch rather than to have a traditional tea. The service was excellent, the person who sat me down was very friendly and regularly checked to see if I needed anything else, but without it feeling like too much.

Lovely tearoom with very friendly and helpful staff, the tea for one has a load of food! We ended up sharing it and it tasted amazing 😊 thank you!

Nice place to visit. James (the bartender) is awesome, very friendly and hospitable, with a specific superpower - a little of Russian language ;) enjoy it

Always great service and good food whenever we have eaten there. Love the old-world styling and atmosphere of their tearooms. Our favourite place to have lunch when visiting Norwich (and Bury St. Edmunds). Highly recommended.

Stopped for a drink, had the cream tea and hot chocolate. Served quickly and with a smile. Reasonably priced, brilliant service, even bought dog a bowl of water. Would recommend.
