Serves some absolutely cracking food!
If you're a meat eater and need a snack, don't buy crisps unless they've ru out of sausage rolls (ask at the bar or forever regret your life choices)

No nonsense, unspoilt boozer with a good selection of well kept cask ales and also an interesting menu of Belgian bottled beers.
Small front bar, larger back bar with a bar billiards table. Brilliant!

Probably the best traditional pub in Norwich, quality ale. Not sure if they do food, excellent range of crisps and often have seasonal bar snacks on offer. One of the best real ale pubs in Norwich and in the twilight zone between the gentrified and salt of the earth parts of Magdeline street. Great place for those who don’t want cookie cutter tourism. There are some very eclectic and large antique shops nearby.
