A young guy who works here helped me out last night right as the store was closing and I didn't catch his name - I really want to say a massive thank you to him!! Service here is always fantastic, but he went above and beyond to the point I even feel guilty as he didn't need to... THANK YOU!!!
I have visited Supermarket on Saturday early evening, end of September 2023. Wasn't very busy.
I was needed just couple of items from fresh section. Shop is tidy, is well lit.
I needed to use WC, but customer toilet was out of order. Upstairs in a café area another set on WC which is very helpful.
The way to the parking kind of hidden. It is from your left hand side lifting up, and it is narrow.
Breakfast was really good, staff friendly but the place is grubby, had to clean my knife and fork and that put me off. Also the toilets need a makeover/do up. Grubby. Overall though good food at good price.
Superb clothes are absolutely fantastic and great prices too went in there for swim shorts and came out spending £190 on some shermazing items 6 t-shirts, 2 swim shorts, 4 tops for the wife and 2 pairs of shorts for me great quality and prices too.
Didn't get a chance to shop for food but is always fantastic in there as shop their regular 😀

Always pleasant to visit, excellent staff & occasionally find something useful.
Gripes are that the men's toilets are frequently not working adequately, pools of water on the floor or even closed.
The other issue is that someone needs to fix the loose drain cover on the road that vehicles keep running across, seems like it will give in one day.
Love this big Sainsburys ...if you love lindt lindor..your in for a treat...see photo!
A huge thank you to Robbie from the Argos team at this store who offered to help me take 3 large packages and load them into my car, I didn't even have to ask. Top customer service.
Staff always friendly and always willing to help, even if they're not sure what their looking for. Generally good variety of produce. Bakery selection is very yummy too. Parking however is hit or miss, I've witnessed works vans taking up spaces in the disabled who have stopped for lunch somewhere also littering outside the van too. Child spaces being taken by elderly drivers.
I do wish more was done about these spaces so they could be used for their specific purpose!
