Very nice place. Staff are very friendly and polite food lovely and fresh.
The room had gorgeous view of the river was very clean and comfortable. Only downside it was too hot but better that than too cold. Would highly recommend this place ���
We love coming to stay an eat with you all. Been many times but the river view room we booked was bot disappointing as couldn't see the river. But I'm sure it just because of the time of year bushes blocked our view.
But other than that you are all fantastic...staff so polite.

Nipped in for lunch whilst driving around the area. We had carvery. 2 adults 2 teenagers and 2 younger kids. It was lovely, a great service from all the staff 👏 👍 😀. Also a lovely view whilst eating, overlooking the waterways. We even sat for a hour afterwards just enjoying the views by the water. A very relaxing atmosphere and the outside doesn't give it justice of what's on the inside. We would definitely visit again 😊
Beautiful location and super friendly staff, plenty of parking. They open at 7.00 so Breakfast is a must if you are staying over in Norwich. The garden is peaceful with outstanding views across the river.
Beautiful location facing the lake!!! A perfect day out when the weather is good with a glass of wine. You can take a walk around the lake and enjoy the scenery.
Beautiful location and super friendly staff. Stayed in room 4 which was clean, light and airy and exceptionally comfortable. Well worth a visit. Breakfast wasn't to our liking but it is optional. 30 minute walk into Norwich Town however there is also a bus stop a few metres from The Town House. Several other Riverside pubs to the right, short walk. Loved everything about Norwich and our stay.

Just left after our first breakfast and we will definitely be returning.
Plenty of food, usual breakfast items and waffles, toast and unlimited coffee for under £6.50.
The food was great and the chef was really pleasant, going out of his way to provide waffles for my son. He had so many waffles he was offered to take them home. Of course he did!
The service was brilliant. The Duty Manager, a really lovely younger man (green shirt), was constantly circulating and checking everything was ok. He was also busy restocking.
The atmosphere was chilled and relaxed. We weren’t rushed. I’m just gob smacked it wasn’t busier. It was clean and constant cleaning took place. I prefer breakfast over evening meals here.
Would come back for breakfast tomorrow if I had my way. For the price you pay and the selection, it’s not worth the hassle at home and there’s no washing up.

Wonderful menu and meals. Great deals each day. Consider getting the app for deals some advertised online require the app. My kids love running outside and it was delightful to see a heron.
Lovely. Couldn't make it to restaurant because the little one wasn't feeling well... so we got a carvery delivered! Lovely food and plentiful. Both plates cleared. Hopefully next time we can eat at the restaurant but knowing delivery is available it great.
Ate here twice on my recent holiday with the kids. Excellent menu choices, excellent service and great prices. Definitely recommend.
Waited 15 minutes at the bar to pay for my breakfast, staff walking round noticing us there but not Informing anyone there was a que of people waiting to pay.
Food was good, fresh and hot and all you can eat breakfast. The chef was friendly and helpful.
