Solid take away. Not going to win any prizes for the best Chinese food in the world but was definitely a pretty solid choice and certainly much better than a lot of Chinese food I’ve had! Really good value too especially if you order directly and collect. Was ready on time and the staff were friendly
The food was hot and absolutely delicious, this is the second time we’ve used these guys and both times it’s been fresh, quick ans full of flavour! Thanks for remembering my sweet and sour sauce too guys! We will be back next Saturday 👍

Had my first 'problem' with Lotus House tonight, which was honestly my fault really. They sorted it very quickly.
This is our go to chinese take away, always good, hot food. Always delivers on time, early most of the time.

Amazing food, portions are plentiful. Delivered very fast and piping hot. Friendly staff on the phone and lovely delivery guy. Cannot fault a thing. Excellent!

EVERY takeaway restaurant gets mixed reviews, it's a bit of a game of roulette. But I have ordered here many times and have had great service, delivery and very enjoyable food. The next time I order it may be none of those things of course, but I would still rate it highly based on my previous experience.
My wife and I have been using this place for many years now and it's always exceptionally tasty food delivered in a very reasonable time.
Before we found this place, we used many other places and none come as close as Lotus House.
Think that I might just have to order one tonight!
Food is really nice. Service is brilliant. The girl over the phone is very polite and very patient. For a take away, I wasn’t expect the quality is this good. Definitely will order again and recommend it to my friends.
