First time visiting with recently moved into the area. The food was absolutely delicious not overpowered with spice and very filling. Service was excellent with the gentlemen that served us were very pleasant and made us feel welcomed as if we have been there before. Definitely recommended and will happily return again.
We have lived in Mapperley for 5 years and have been to most of the eateries on Mapperley Top but this was our 1st visit to Bombay. We were pleasantly surprised, such an inviting and attentive host, the decor is very attractive and the food was fantastic. The most surprising thing was the portion sizes, they were very large, we didn't even have a starter and we were stuffed! The food was sooo tasty and the flavours were perfect, my dish was a little on the spicy side but hubby and I did a swap and all was good. All-in-all we had a very enjoyable meal (and the beers are good too!), we will definitely be back again soon.
Food here is amazing!! Everything was perfect and there was lots left over, we even brought our left overs home and ate them the next day.

Food is one of the best in Nottingham. They have opened since 1999 and have held their own shoulders. Amazing staff, great food, great service. It's too perfect. I highly recommend this.

we went to the chinese restaurant (chungs) over the road and the menu was not to our liking so we left and spotted bombay over the road we had never been there before but my gosh what a place the staff are super friendly and the food is amazing so unbelievably tasty we have now got a indian restaurant for life keep it up guys❤️
This is by far the best Indian restaurant I have ever been too. The portion sizes are huge and food is absolutely delicious I recommend the biryani it's perfect and the naan bread is perfect not too thick. Can't recommend this place enough, I will be back there again and again. Great service too.
