Mr Thai Food

Mr Thai Food - Authentic Thai Food Opened just yesterday is already starting to look like a successful business. I talked to the staff and they seem very warm and open minded. They are serving the beautiful community of Sherwood and any other passengers who might fancy having a delicious thai meal. The place looks very tidy and clean and the lights are spreading a Christmassy feeling which fills you with restful peace and exalting joy. There is no music playing but the whispers of the people and the buzz of the cars passing on the main road create a very chilling atmosphere. The seats are very comfortable and the tables are just at the right height giving you a very pleasant freedom of movement when eating or working on your laptop. There are sauces on each table and self service water. There is a selection of soft drinks and jars of thai condiments that they use for making the food. On the right wall in the middle area there is a big mirror in which you can see your face or meet the face of a new friend. Two smaller mirrors framed very artistically on the left wall. There are a few beautiful flowers placed very thoughtfully next to the till and near the self-service water area. I have enjoyed the flavours of the Phad Mee - Prawns main meal with a soft drink. It melted in my mouth. Very juicy and tasty making me feel the willingness to have this kind of food on a daily basis. I was so happy to know that I can be a part of their success when I asked when they opened. I am looking forward to meet you there and I know you would thank me for sharing the love. Cheers! Lovely staff and tasty, reasonably priced food. We've spent time in Thailand, whilst we cook some Thai food at home, we always look forward to eating here. I very much enjoy the hot red curry without the coconut milk, with tofu.

No frills here, but the food is fantastic and great value. They don't have a drinks license, not a problem for us as we had a couple of beers in the Robin Hood first.

Super tasty curry, reasonable price. Usually not a massive fan of Thai food, but this was truly delicious. Visited during lockdown so just takeaway this time. I'll definitely be coming back when it's business as usual and can eat in.

Great Thai food here, always tasty and filling portions. Great staff too, helpful and polite always.
