Wildwood Kitchen

Really helpful waiter found us a table in a warm spot as I was freezing when we arrived. Nice warm environment with friendly staff. I had a Philly Steak and cheese sandwich with fries and it was well cooked but too much oil drizzled on it for my personal tastes, but others would find it fine. My husband had a butter chicken burger with sweet potato wedges which he raved about. Young dark haired lady served us and she was very friendly and bubbly. With non alcoholic drinks it came to circa £33 which was good value. The place is bigger than it looks from the outside. Plenty of off street parking on a night. Suitable for wheelchair users but can't comment on loos as didn't use them.

First time there! Loved it! Definitely going back again! Lovely atmosphere, really good food and very friendly staff! I ordered a Turkey burger , which was very tasty! The fries though, very small portion and I love fries so a little bit on the down side but it wouldn't put me off! Lovely evening!

My friend and I went to this restraint for the first time today. What an excellent experience. Food was exceptionally fresh. Lovely ambiance. Staff very attentive and friendly. The salad dressing was delicious and Cheff gave me some to take home. We will most certainly be going again. Carole and Brenda

Had an enjoyable calzone here, while my wife had a gluten free pizza with vegan cheese. Not something that you can get everywhere. Service was quick, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. It was noisy though, apparently due to a family meal for about 20, so not really the restaurants fault but it did detract from our evening.

I was pleasantly surprised by Wildwood. I popped in for a late lunch after visiting Rutland water and I'm glad to say that the quality of the food and service here is excellent. I can't wait to return at a later date to try more of the items on the menu. There is a sizable seating area both upstairs and downstairs and there is even a kids playroom for visiting families. The restaurant is clean, modern and has a lovely atmosphere. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
