First time we tried it, and the last. The masala was SO sweet I think I may have tooth decay. The dhansak was bland, and I'm pretty sure it used Tesco curry powder. Not good.
I’ve been to this place a few times over the years and always found it to be of decent quality, but something seems to have changed with the chef or owner, and the quality has gone way downhill. Both curries we had were almost too sweet to eat and had the consistency of baby food. The onion bhajis didn’t even taste of onion.
We were a large group pre ordered not all meals arrived together one person got his when we had all eaten ours service was a terrible rice coming a long time after the main one chicken meal wasn’t cooked properly the hand drier in the ladies was out of order no paper towels disgusting in a flu epidemic wouldn’t go again
We have tried many Indian restaurants in Oakham and the local area in our time here and finally tried 10 Dining Street. Wonderful food and very prompt and polite delivery to our home. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
