Delicious! Crab on toast is marinated with lime, lemon and a touch of chilli. Best I’ve ever had. Scallops were cooked perfectly. Great selections of wines. Amazing service!

We arrived late around 8:30 after having to take a massive detour owing to a road closure having come off the late afternoon Islay ferry. Fortunately service was still in full swing and did not rush us to finish in any way despite the restaurant closing at 9:30. Food was excellent especially the fish and chips which was beautifully battered. An excellent spot for a late feed.

I was there with my grandmother. We were greeted very nicely and shown to the table. The starter was prawn cocktail and soup of the day, and the main course was salmon with green bean . We liked everything very much and considering the price, it was completely reasonable. The only Problem: the stairs are too steep for older people.

When I booked i asked for a window seat if possible When we arrived we were seated at the best window seat in the restaurant, the service was very good, thanks to waitress Brook. The food was excellent and very well presented, we will certainly be back. Just one thing make sure you book well in advance as it really is extremely busy.

We really enjoyed our meal here, the lunchtime/early evening menu of two courses for £21.50 is excellent value and surprisingly extensive for a set menu! I had stupidly booked our table for the wrong day but the waiter was very kind about it and still gave us a table, right by the window as well so we had a beautiful view of the bay. The food was great, especially the mussels which were some of the best we've ever tasted. Lovely restaurant, setting and service, highly recommend!

Gorgeous views and delicious super fresh seafood. Got 3 appetizers and one main to share for two. Crab toast, scallops, salmon pate, and the daily special sea bass (favorite!). Also ordered 500ml wine and peach ice tea yum. They have some early evening and lunch specials that would be worth taking advantage of Edit: Came back for lunch the next day! Lunch special is not as good as dinner but still good. Maybe we didn’t order the right things, but either way I would have probably preferred the regular menu. The chowder was heavy but delicious (not pictured).

Fabulous service, great views. Tasty cocktails. Good wine selection. The food was delicious and fresh. I will be back for sure. Best fish and chips every, however I would of preferred fish chips and mushy peas rather then salad. Sticky toffee pudding was divine and they kindly substituted the ice cream for cream. Tables are close to one another, but this was not an issue as we chatted to the people on the tables next to us.

Great food and superb service. We advised we would be bringing a guide dog on our reservation. The staff had thought carefully about where to seat us, and also allowed a spare table space for him. They checked this was suitable on arrival, and when we ordered asked if we needed any help with the food to make sure we could enjoy it. No restaurant has ever offered this before, anywhere, and with tricky shellfish this was incredibly thoughtful. Totally blown away by their attitude. And by the really great food. Thank you.
