1st time in 5 Guys, had a hotdog and fries, it was great, enjoyed it. Liked the way you can customize your meal to your taste.

This is only my second ever Five Guys burger and they are indeed, a thing of beauty! I went for a cheeseburger with bacon in almost every possible extra. The burger itself tastes, so home-made and the patties, bacon, onions and mushrooms combined is tastebud Nirvana!
Next time, I’m definitely going to say no tomato as you do not need sogginess in there!
Very expensive, but definitely a treat rather than just fast food !

The head chef here was running a really great crew. Credit to him and the staff. Fantastic to see line cooks fall in behind a top leader. Freshly cooked patties make such a difference.

Great atmosphere, staff are amazing. I left my car keys on the table at a very busy time. When I realised 10 minutes later, came back and explained. The worker there was super helpful. He went above and beyond and checked the cameras. Luckily, Someone had handed it in.

We've had quite a few 5 Guys burgers including New York...never been disappointed including today's 😊. Lovely set of guys. Fab burgers, fries, banana milkshake and unlimited refill. Alarm went off shortly after getting our food and we were wondering 'are we getting kicked out?'..but thankfully they managed to sort out the issue and we settled down to enjoy our 🍔. Carol & Michael

The burgers are great, probably the best I've had (in a fast-food chain restaurant).
It's weird that they DO have orders numbers, but no display, so the employees are forced to say the numbers out loud as the orders are finalized, and this creates some chaos ar rush ours...

Only thing I can order is fries as a vegan, but they were delicious. They are very filling and nice. The worker who served me was kind also which is a bonus.

I was amazed by the portion size! I asked for a hamburger and regular fries and got two burgers in a bun with a bucket of chips! And was charged almost £15 for it! Really home cooked feel to the food but would have preferred a much smaller portion for less money.
