Sitting upstairs this restaurant and looking out to the main road is a good entertainment.
Ordered through the screen and collected downstairs. Service was really quick and the meal as I expected.
It is over person to clean upstairs, the tables stay long but in peace. Really good.
Concerning service: Great service! Very speedy, efficiency, fresh, and accurate.
Concerning quality: I am an American, and I was GREATLY disappointed by the flavor of the food offered. They use a different oil to fry their food in England McDonald’s as opposed to American McDonald’s. As well, their mcchicken is the equivalent of a large nugget dressed like a mcchicken - different patty entirely. I couldn’t stomach much of what I ate as it all tasted bland, with an aftertaste of fish.
All of this to say, if you’re an American curious about how McDonald’s tastes across the pond, don’t waste your money on it. Concerning this McDonald’s in particular, they had excellent service, and I won’t reduce their review due to my lack of love for their food.
MacD is affordable and offers good rewards through their app. Each time I buy a meal through the app or using my unique code I get points. With their points you can get a full meal or a side, depending on how many you have accumulated. It gets you hooked to eating junk food often but it also helps you save a bit. I also like the fact that they have long operating hours. I can get a meal late at night after my study sessions or early in the morning when I am rushing somewhere. It is very convenient for me.
We were in Oxford for the day, so had a treat in here to keep us going on our busy day.

Like everything nowadays, everything is becoming really expensive, and not good value anymore! For what it is.

Food is good at a reasonable price. It is always very busy in there. The thing I like about McDonald's what separates it from other fast food joints is they bring the food to your table.
Nice fast food like any other McDonald's. Most spaces available at first floor. So always explore for more spaces at first floor. Toilets are bit congested. But can't complain sure to high Street presence. Staffs are more helpful.
I LOVE THIS MCDONALDS!!!!!!! Miss my 2 am sweet treats 😭💗 wish I could come back. WHY DONT THEY HAVE CHEESY GARLIC BITES IN AMERICA 😭😭

This was my goto place in 2009 if I am walking around in Oxford. Always reliable and always good. The staff are just amazing
The best thing about McDonalds are the prices which are simply the best ! This restaurant is super bussy but you can see why 😏 The place is nice and clean and the customer service is top notch 👍
